The asymmetrical blade design allows the swimmer to build power while promoting a natural inward supination kick style for butterfly, backstroke and freestyle. Although the fins themselves were comfortable and seemed as if they would do a good job as advertised, I had to adjust the ties to fit my feet and they would not then stay as adjusted, but just keep getting looser and looser until the fin was unusable. I had only loosened and adjusted the ties as they were, not completely undone and retied them, so I dont think I made a mistake there, but there is no instruction or information I can find to check on this. Ended up just tying a knot, but this was uncomfortable, and also kept coming loose, so basically the fins are unusable, which is disappointing.
This is awesome to stengthen all the cores and legs muscles from hip down to the toes! Especially for those breast strokers to fire up their frog kick capability. I even use it to rehab my weak left leg from my old hip fracture, it is so good i can definitely feel every since muscles in my hip joint being challenged and are growing. Comfy and right and forgiving with its size too.

I have only used these once so far for freestyle kicking and breaststroke kick. I found that they sliced through the water and couldnt get any power in my breaststroke but will keep trying as it is more than likely that Im doing something wrong!
Easy to use had no problems
I’ve been using the same pair for the last ten years, three times per week 90% breaststroke and 10% freestyle and find them excellent and comfortable. I would definitely recommend these fins.

They're great but do cut in to my feet. I have to wear band aids when I swim.
They lasted about a month. The tie around the ankles needs to be modified. Other than that they totally served a purpose, unfortunately I would have liked them to last a little longer.
