You can also take advantage the easy returns method our sister company, JOLYN Australia, use. Visit return.auspost.com.au/JOLYN_AUSTRALIA to purchase and print a returns label at home, and then just drop your parcel off to your closest Australia Post mailbox.

It is a good idea to send your items with tracked postage so you can keep an eye on it during it’s journey back to us.
Please include your original packing slip OR a note with your name and order number so we can find you in our system and get things moving fast
We will provide you with a refund once we have your returned item(s).
We aim to work fast but, like lap times, it can take a little longer than ideal.
Sometimes, like when our lanes here are full up, it can take up to TWO WEEKS for funds to appear back on the card used for the original purchase.
Once your refund has been processed, we will send you a notification via email.

Item(s) can be returned within 30 days of purchase
Item(s) must be unopened/unused/in original packaging
Swimwear must be unworn with tags and hygiene liners attached and intact
If above requirements are not met, store credit/refund will not be issued
The cost of shipping is not our responsibility. Please note that we do not pay for import or duty fees for any international shipments.
HEY I WAS SENT THE WRONG ITEM…
If we made an error in your order, WE'RE VERY SORRY! Unfortunately we are all human and sometimes mistakes do happen. Please email us and let us know what has happened. If the error is our fault, we will organise a refund for your shipping costs up to $15 and correct our mistake to the best of our human powers.
All our equipment is top quality but sometimes things do go wrong. Our product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of time from the original purchase date (reference chart below for length of coverage).
Only purchases made directly from FINIS Australia are covered and please make contact with our Customer Service Team before returning any item(s) at email@example.com.

The limited warranty excludes damage resulting from improper care or handling, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, used items, normal wear, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. If there is a covered defect, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. FINIS requires proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
*If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original 1 year warranty, depending upon which is longer.
