Returns
We want you to be fizzing over your new FINIS purchase, but sometimes things don't quite line up.
If something isn't quite right, get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right.
Purchased through another retailer?
If you bought your FINIS gear from another supplier, please contact them directly about returns before getting in touch with us.
You can return purchases from anywhere in the world. Simply send your items to:

We recommend using tracked postage so you can follow your parcel on its journey back to us.
Please include your original packing slip, or a note with your name and order number, so we can quickly locate your order and process your return.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund.
We aim to move as quickly as possible, but like a busy swim lane, things can occasionally take a little longer. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear on the card used for your original purchase.
We'll send you an email as soon as your refund has been processed.
Need a different size, style or product? Simply head to finisaustralia.com to place a new order.
Returns Policy
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
- Swimwear must be unworn, with tags attached and hygiene liners intact.
If these requirements aren't met, we're unable to issue a refund or store credit.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note we do not cover import duties or customs charges on international returns.
Received the Wrong Item?
If we sent you the wrong item, we're so sorry. While we do our best to get every order right, mistakes can occasionally happen.
Please email us with the details and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible. If the error was ours, we'll reimburse your return shipping costs up to $15 AUD and make things right.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products, but occasionally faults can occur.
Products purchased directly from FINIS Australia are covered by the following limited warranties under normal use:

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, modifications, unauthorised repairs, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
Please contact our Customer Service Team at info@finisaustralia.com before returning any warranty item. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
*If a replacement electronics unit is issued under warranty, the warranty period will be either 90 days or the remainder of the original one-year warranty, whichever is longer.
