These definitely work in preventing your wrist from flexing and force you to point your fingers down during the pull through.
I love it because I have an injury to my wrist. It keeps my wrist in neutral position and it breaks the water taking the strain off my wrist.
I purchased these after a tfcc tear in the hope it would allow me to get back in the pool sooner. Unfortunately the TFCC is a tricky injury and takes time to heal. The position and strain on wrist injury in early stages is not helped by using the fulcrum. I appreciate the form guid they offer and look forward to trying them again once I have my wrist pain to a more manageable level. I look forward to correcting my form and becoming a more efficient swimmer.
