The Dryland Cords are made with durable rubber tubing and comfortable handles. Attaching to an anchor point, the Dryland Cords simulate swimming movements out of the water to improve strength and range of motion. The Dryland Cords are appropriate for swimmers of all ages and abilities, and come in three different resistances. The Dryland Cords offer off-season and rehabilitation training options.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
  • Store your bands in a cool dry place. Avoid leaving in direct sunlight for extended periods of time as it will damage the product.
  • These bands aren’t meant to last forever. While proper storage and use will extend the life of the product, it will not prevent them from breaking.
  • Please inspect the bands prior to each use for cracks and tears.

YELLOW: LIGHT

Ideal for those who have done a little swimming, those undergoing rehabilitation and the starting size for most women.

GREEN: MEDIUM

Best for regular swimmers of medium build looking to build strength.

RED: HEAVY

Ideal for serious sport swimmers who swim several kms in a session.
