The Original Swimmer’s Snorkel is a swim training snorkel with an adjustable head bracket for a universal fit, a purge valve and a soft medical-grade silicone mouthpiece, so you can work on technique without turning to breathe.

Using a swim snorkel means you are not always breathing to your dominant side which helps make your stroke is more balanced. This is key for sprinters who need a smooth, kayak-like stroke turnover. Being able to turn your arms over quickly and evenly gives you a smooth stroke that maintains velocity. For mid-distance and distance swimmers the benefits are in balancing out the workload across both sides of your body to avoid over-loading one side which can lead to injury and strain like swimmer's shoulder.

By eliminating the need to turn the head for a breath, the swimmer can focus on technique and body position for efficient swimming. In many sports, the participant is encouraged to practice a specific motion slowly. The snorkel allows you to practice technique slowly in swimming.

Features
  • ADJUSTABLE HEAD BRACKET: Makes for quick adjustments and a universal fit
  • PURGE VALVE: Allows water to flow out of the tube without entering the mouthpiece
  • COMFORTABLE MOUTHPIECE: Made with a soft medical-grade silicone
  • JUNIOR SNORKEL: A shorter tube accommodates the shorter and shallower breaths of younger swimmers (best for ages 10-13)

It's awesome, but don't take our word for it:

"Oh, swimmers snorkel, where have you been all my life?  This device has totally changed my lap swimming experience.  I feel like Dory the fish and I can just keep swimming lap after lap." - KA

"Miracle in the pool - I can now swim laps.  Add me to the chorus of voices who gasped and spluttered their way to the wall in exhaustion before discovering the miracle snorkel cure.  I literally took it out of the package, slid it ovey my head, and promptly swam a half mile." - MG MCCARTNEY

Like many people on here, I struggled to breathe properly during freestyle and most of the time switched to backstroke. I still wanted to try so after doing some research, found this snorkel and after reading the reviews, decided to give it a shot. The worst that would happen was I'd waste my money and never use it. Well I'm three swims in and really starting to find my rhythm with it. I use a nose piece (I had already bought separately) and I can honestly say that the snorkel definitely helps. I'm finally starting to swim freestyle laps. So worth it!

Got this snorkel..I can't get used to the gargling sound of the water that sits in the bottom of the snorkel.

I haven’t been able to swim freestyle for 15 years because of a seized back , now back swimming 1 -2 kms easily with the brilliant snorkel

As a not‑so‑strong swimmer, this has helped me focus on technique without worrying about breathing. Took a minute to get used to having my nose uncovered, but once I switched fully to mouth breathing it became effortless. Super stable, super comfortable and genuinely improving my stroke. An absolute game changer for me, highly recommended!

Great product. I’ve recently had surgery on my neck and the snorkel has been a game changer in that it allows me to keep swimming - it’s really comfortable and performs perfectly.

Great swimming snorkel for exercising. Comfortable and the head strap is very comfortable. Value doesn’t let water in most of the time. Sometimes you need to blow it out. Value efficiency has room for improvement.

Have bought my 3rd snorkel since getting back into the pool. One of the best on the market, have tried a few. The reason I use it, is because I have OA in my neck and can't turn my head far enough out of the water to breathe. There is only one little problem, since the majority of women have smaller mouths than men, is there any way to have 2 sizes mouth pieces manufactured, just a suggestion. Your quick delivery is also very much appreciated.

Great snorkel for freestyle swimming. I have had no problems swimming with it and I have more confidence in the water. I bought the nose clip also but found I didn’t need it.

Superior to my previous brand, far less movement on turns and less moisture build up.I can wear it for longer without needing a break

Haven’t received it as yet due to you sending it to the wrong address.
Never given a bad review so will refrain from doing so, just disappointed.

This snorkel is very easy to set up, use and is comfortable to wear. Normally I exhaust myself trying to breath whilst trying to swim free style and I end up giving up on trying to. The snorkel is allowing me to be able to build up my swimming endurance and still breath in a relaxed manner. If you are like me, give it a go.

Being a complete beginner, I’d spent many early mornings at my local outdoor pool gaining some confidence with my swim sets . I was interested to see dedicated swimmers using this piece of equipment in their training sessions. After a chat with my swim coach, and a search online, the Finnis snorkel had excellent reviews, so I decided to purchase one for myself. I wasn’t disappointed ! The snorkel exceeded my expectations, and was easy to fit, adjusted and use. I would highly recommend one, as it’s helped me gain confidence and stamina when doing laps of the pool.
