Description

Traditional fins are bulky, heavy, and uncomfortable. We created SlipFin Pro because swimmers need a comfortable, lightweight fin that reinforces good technique and allows for race-pace rhythm.

SlipFin Pro slips over the top of the foot creating a suction that holds the fin in place. The patented design is intended to act like a natural extension of your foot. With your ankles and heels completely free, you get unmatched comfort, flexibility and power.

Experience flow like never before. SlipFin Pro connects you to the water delivering smooth propulsion that reinforces the ideal bodyline and rhythm for every level of swimming.

Features

How it Works: Wet the fin, slip it on, and squeeze out the water. The soft material creates a gentle vacuum effect so it stays put without straps.

Moves With You: Designed to move in harmony with your body, enhancing rhythm, balance, and connection with every kick.

Featherlight Relief: Fin power, minus the bulky weight that can leave ankles feeling beat up. Just light, comfortable speed that feels natural.

Gentle Lift, Effortless Motion: SlipFin Pro adds just the right amount of support, giving you a smoother, easier swim without overpowering your rhythm or straining your joints.

Barefoot Freedom: These fins feel like a natural extension of your body – one swim and you’ll understand.

Instructions

SlipFin is unlike any fin you’ve ever used. Follow these simple steps to get started.

DIP → SLIP → SQUEEZE → SWIM

1. DIP the fins and your feet in the water.

2. SLIP the fins onto your feet.

3. SQUEEZE the top of the fin to release excess water and create a gentle suction fit.

4. SWIM! Experience flow like never before.

*Note: Your toes will not reach the front of the fin. This space is intentional and helps create the suction fit.

Size Guide

Sizing is based on your instep measurement, not your shoe size.

Size Guide

Sizing is based on your instep measurement, not your shoe size.

Measure the circumference of your instep:

  1. Wrap a soft tape measure around the top of your foot, just in front of your ankle.

  2. Keep the tape flat and snug.

  3. Use this measurement to find your size in the chart below.

No tape measure?

Use a shoelace or string, then measure it against a ruler.

SlipFin Pro Size Instep Circumference (cm) Foot Width
Small (S) 21 - 24.5 cm Narrow
Medium (M) 23.5 - 27 cm Regular
Large (L) 26 - 28+ cm Wide

Fit Tip: If you fall between sizes:

  • For a snug, performance fit → choose the smaller size.

  • For a more relaxed, comfort fit → choose the larger size.

  • Narrow toe box → choose the smaller size.

  • Wide toe box → choose the larger size.

FAQs

How do I know what SlipFin Pro size I am? Sizing is based on foot width and fullness — not shoe size. Use a soft tape measure (in cm), wrap it around the top of your foot just in front of your ankle, all the way around and back to the starting point. Find that measurement on the size chart and select that size.

What if I'm between sizes? Choose the smaller size for a snugger, performance-oriented fit. Choose the larger size for a more relaxed, comfortable fit. Narrow feet: choose smaller. Wide feet: choose larger.

Should SlipFin Pro fit tightly? Yes. SlipFin Pro is designed to fit securely. A snug fit keeps the fin in place during swimming while still allowing natural ankle movement.

How far up my foot should it go? Does it cover my heel? SlipFin Pro should cover approximately ½–¾ of your foot. It is not intended to go over the heel.

How do I get SlipFin Pro on? Wet your foot and the fin, then pull it on by the sides. It goes on most easily in the water.

How do I get SlipFin Pro to stay on? Once the fin is on, squeeze the air or water out of the toe area by pulling the front of the fin back toward you. This creates suction and keeps the fin in place. If it's not holding, there is likely too much air or water still inside.

There's extra space at my toes — is that normal? Yes, this is by design. Your toes should not touch the front of the fin. That extra space is what creates the suction that holds the fin securely in place.

Can I do flip turns and push off the wall? Yes. SlipFin Pro is designed for swimming, flip turns, and push-offs when properly fitted. Plant your feet firmly on the wall before pushing off. Because the heel and ankle are free, turns may feel different from traditional fins until you get accustomed to the fit.

How do I remove SlipFin Pro? Peel the edge of the fin away from your foot to release the suction, then slide the fin off.

What if the sock portion becomes deformed? Gently fill the sock portion with a pair of socks or another soft item and leave overnight. This helps the fin return to its original shape.

Can SlipFin Pro be used for all four strokes? Yes — freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. The strapless design allows natural ankle movement, making it a versatile training tool for improving kick technique, body position, and water feel across all four strokes.

I have size 10 narrow feet and I bought the small size, which is a good fit.
The first few swims I had trouble getting the SlipFins on my feet correctly and getting them to suck firmly on the toes and lower foot. It didn’t feel right when kicking.
Now I’ve realised I needed to hold the top wave tabs firmly when pulling them up high onto foot but leaving a space after toes. Then bend and squeeze hard to get more water out of toe region. Now they suck onto toes and it’s a better feeling when kicking.
I don’t get as much propulsion as short fins but they don’t hurt my feet like other fins. I’m very happy with my SlipFins Pros.

Only been swimming for 60 years and like most male swimmers have a shocking kick, have tried all shapes and sizes of fins over the years, so was very sceptical about these. Trying to wean myself off fins and travel a lot for work , so thought these light fins were worth a try. They're great so far, love them- they dont slip off but can be a challange to put them on at first -now its like a pair of socks!

Fit isn’t true to size. Measured foot as per instructions but is too tight to wear comfortably.

Unfortunately I could not fit into them, despite following the sizing guidelines and fitting instructions.
Will be returning them and seeking a refund.

Very clever design if they fit your foot. For me the large is too big as I’m a 9.5 UK and 44 EU. I also tried medium but they are too small so too hard to get on. I’ve gifted mine to folks who can fit them better.

They are great for travelling but I had to buy two pairs to get the right fit. Even though I met the measurement criterion for Small they felt excessively tight but I couldn’t return them because you have to actually get them wet and test them in the pool. So I’ve bought a medium which are great so I hope they don’t stretch.

I am a ladies size 9.5C -10C and I purchased a medium, I saw online before I went for my first swim how to put them on my feet (by popping them on and curling the front of the fin back towards my body and then down to squeeze out the air and water) and I had a perfect seal. I struggled to get them off a little - but prised the air lock open with my fingers whilst in the pool. I am sure I will get better at it.
I did some freestyle and breaststroke with them.
Overall I cannot complain -I give them a 10/10. I think they fit very well and they are lightweight and comfortable to wear. Love the bright pink colour too!

Size small are good when they stay on, however they gradually loosen and then slip off after pushing off the wall a few times. My feet are very narrow though, so unfortunately I don’t think they are the right style for me.
