With a long fin shape and unique skeg design, the Freestyler Hand Paddles promote a strong pull through, better hip-rotation and increased efficiency. An adjustable finger strap offers a perfect fit and the narrow surface area helps prevent shoulder strain.

These paddles were recommended by my coach and physiotherapist. I needed to improve/change my freestyle stroke technique after developing some shoulder pain. The paddles did actually give me physical feedback that help me to improve my stroke.

A handy paddle for freestyle. It helps to ensure that fingers and arms enter, catch, and pull in a straight line.

The freestyler fins are great at correcting stroke. I am trying to improve my freestyle and found these really good. I do a short return lap and then do without, it makes you really aware of your arms and hands through the water, I'm finding I'm elongating more which I think is s good thing.

These have been a great swim aid to shift my hand entry from thumbs first. I honestly thought I had corrected this issue myself until I saw video of me swimming. Now when I’m using these paddles I get immediate feedback and makes it much easier to correct.

The paddles are easy to use and help a novice like me improve my stroke.

I found the Finis swim paddles when I Googled YouTube to improve my Freestyle. They enabled me to swim slow enough with a pull buoy to concentrate on how I wanted to train my hands to move through the water. I only swam 25m at a time, 2 laps with and 2 laps without paddles. 4 weeks later I can swim continually with a pull buoy, for over 20 minutes without the paddles. I cannot recommend the paddles highly enough for improving technique and power.
