The FINIS Ankle Buoy is a lightweight, textured EVA foam float worn at the ankles in swim training to lift the legs, improve body alignment and build arm, shoulder and core strength, with a secure fit.

Engage your core, build upper body strength, and improve your body position with the FINIS Ankle Buoy. The Ankle Buoy helps you realize full body rotation by connecting the shoulders, core, and hips all the way through the legs. Body alignment extends from fingertips to toes, so while traditional buoys are nice, placing a buoy at your ankles brings your feet to the surface of the water and eliminates uphill swimming.

Made of lightweight EVA foam that is slightly textured, the Ankle Buoy will not chafe or irritate skin.  With ergonomic keyholes and a contoured design, the Ankle buoy can function as both an ankle float and a leg buoy with the textured foam providing a secure grip to allow swimmers to easily transfer the buoy position.

Features
  • BODY ALIGNMENT: Enhances body alignment by lifting the legs to the surface of the water
  • FULL BODY ROTATION:  Improves full body rotation by engaging the entire body from the shoulders down to the ankles
  • BUILD STRENGTH: Immobilising the legs improves arm, shoulder, and core strength
  • COMFORTABLE FIT:  Lightweight textured EVA foam fits comfortably around the ankles providing a secure fit
  • STREAMLINED CONTOURS: Design allows water to easily flow over the buoy
Reviews
"This float has transformed the way I swim. When used round my ankles I swim further and faster than I can without it. It has shown me that my kick was (is still) really poor and I was using lots of energy for very little gain." - FRANCIS
"It's a great piece of a swimming kit. It works as a kick-board when used on your wrists, can be put in between your legs as a standard pull buoy or wear on your ankles. I enjoyed it most when worn on ankles. When it's worn on ankles, it keeps a natural gap between your legs to engorge a gap to allow touching toes flutter kick when swimming without it." - A SHAFIQ

Great to use after rolling my ankle and to get the feel of the water in a wetsuit position. which is more upright. Helps with trunk rotation and to keep back straight

I'm an older swimmer still learning. I've found it hard to keep my legs from sinking so the ankle buoy helps tremendously. Thank you
