Tips to care for your FINIS Duo Underwater MP3 Player.

The Duo is an amazing device capable of transmitting brilliant sound underwater so it’s no surprise it needs some TLC.

First, avoid picking the headset up by the wires. The bone conductors are heavy so it is a good idea to pick your DUO up by the bone conductors.

It helps to always support the bone conductors while in use. Avoid letting conductors dangle unsupported to reduce stress on the wires.

Wipe and dry your DUO after every swim. Avoid leaving the unit near damp swimwear.

Over time chemical residue can build  up on the charging contacts. This can be cleaned using rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad or soft cloth. 

If this doesn't remove all the residue, try a tablespoon of baking soda mixed with a few drops of water to make a paste.  Give it a gentle rub to release the residue.
