How will the FINIS Dryland Slide Trainer help my swimming?
The Slide Dryland Trainer is designed to provide swimmers with exercise that mimics the entire swim stroke cycle. Rotating handles allow you to practice hand and forearm positioning without overloading. It allows for consistent resistance throughout the whole stroke and offers two levels of resistance: 7mm (yellow) and 9mm (red)

Attach the cord to two different points on a chain-link fence (or similar) to add variety and different angles to your strength and conditioning training.The two rotating handles allow swimmers to practice hand and forearm positioning without cord interference or overloading. Simulates swimming movements and isolates vital muscle groups.

You can return your new, unworn/unused items within 30 days for a full refund, providing your suit meets our returns requirements. We do not cover/refund any shipping costs incurred.
